IT support with one point of contact: help when something does not work

When something does not work, you want to know who to call. You get quick help from a regular team that knows your environment.

01What you get

What you get from us

A fault rarely comes at a quiet moment. Assist2go offers remote help, one point of contact and on-site help when needed, so your team can get back to work quickly.

Remote help

We solve most problems remotely, without long waits or a trip out.

One point of contact

A team that knows your systems, preferences and business, instead of a different person every time.

Fixing faults

From a mailbox that will not sync to a printer that will not cooperate or a laptop that no longer starts.

Joiners and leavers

A new employee gets a complete IT workstation. When someone leaves, we close everything down properly.

On-site help

Where it has to be physical, we come by for equipment, network and installation.

Guidance and training

We teach your team to work smarter with the software you already have.

02In depth

How remote help works

With remote help, we make a secure connection to your computer, with your permission. You see what we do on your screen and can stop it at any moment. We set up what is needed in advance, so the first time you need help is not the first time you try it out.

Most problems can be solved this way: settings that are wrong, programs that will not start, email that does not arrive. If a component is broken, a cable or a device, we come by.

03

How to get help fastest

A good report often saves an hour of searching. It helps if you tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead of what you expected, since when it has been happening, whether it affects everyone or only you, and what you have already tried. A screenshot or the exact error message is usually worth the most.

04

New and departing staff

A new colleague should be able to work on the first day. That means an account, a laptop, access to the right folders and an introduction. When someone leaves, the reverse applies: close off access, take back equipment and secure data. We work from a fixed checklist for both, so nothing is forgotten.

You can read more about the maintenance that prevents faults under IT management. For connecting systems and automating work, see integrations and automation.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do I get help with a fault?
We solve many problems quickly and remotely. We agree the response time with you in advance.
What can be done remotely and what cannot?
Settings, software, accounts, email and network problems that can be fixed over a connection can be handled remotely. A broken disk, a faulty switch or a new printer need someone on site.
How do I report a problem?
By email or through the agreed channel. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened and since when, and attach a screenshot. Then we can get started straight away.
Do you also help if the problem lies with another supplier?
Yes, we look into it and find out where the problem is, for example with the internet provider or the software supplier. That saves you calling back and forth.
Can I buy support without IT management?
Yes. Support is available on its own or together with full IT management. On its own, we are there when you call; together, we also take on the maintenance.
