Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. The price difference will be calculated pro-rata for the remaining period.

You will receive a reminder. If payment is not made within 14 days, your hosting will be temporarily blocked. After payment, it will be restored immediately. In case of prolonged non-payment, the account will be terminated and data deleted.

Yes, your domain name is always yours. Upon cancellation, we will assist you for free with the transfer to another provider.

We do not offer a trial period but provide free migration when switching. If you have questions beforehand, please contact us for a free consultation.

Your data is hosted on servers in Europe: the Hetzner data center in Germany. Customer hosting via Strato is also being set up in Germany. We comply with GDPR legislation.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. This is stated in our general terms and conditions.
