Monitors and peripherals
A good monitor and a comfortable keyboard are things you notice every day. What matters in the choice: the kind of work, whether a second monitor is added, the space on the desk, whether people also work from home and whether devices should connect to a dock with a single cable.
We advise on what suits the work and the budget. Then we supply and install the equipment and explain how everything works, so nobody has to figure it out alone.

Printers, scanners and network
A printer on the network has to work for everyone. We connect printers and scanners properly, keep the software up to date and make sure the network equipment suits the premises and the number of users. A backup connection over mobile internet can cover an outage of the main line.

Old equipment
When equipment is replaced, old devices are left with data on them. They do not belong in the bin or with just any taker. We advise on secure wiping and responsible disposal, so company data does not leave with the device.

What do I need for a new workstation?
A laptop or PC, one or two monitors, a dock, a keyboard and mouse and a reliable internet connection. How many and which ones depends on the work. After a short intake we give a proposal that suits the number of staff and their tasks.
Can you also manage the devices?
Yes. We handle updates, security and settings centrally, so all devices keep the same setup. You can read more under [network and workstations](/diensten/netwerk-werkplekbeheer).
Who handles repair or replacement of a faulty device?
We are your contact. If something is defective we handle it with the supplier and look at a solution with you, so you do not have to call the manufacturer yourself.
What if a device fails?
We agree in advance who you call and what we can fix remotely. For workstations you cannot do without, a spare device can be kept ready.
Can you also supply laptops and monitors?
Yes. We advise which equipment fits, supply it, set it up and install it at the workstation. That way every employee starts with the same setup.
