Alone: one person
A backup outside your laptop, multi-factor sign-in on mail and files, an encrypted laptop and one number to call if something goes wrong. That is enough to cover the biggest risks.

A freelancer needs different IT than a team of twenty. Good management starts small and grows with you, without having to start over.
Growth path
IT management is not a fixed package. What is useful for a one-person business is superfluous for an office of twenty, and the other way round. That is why we divide it into three stages, which you can follow as you grow.
Three stages
A backup outside your laptop, multi-factor sign-in on mail and files, an encrypted laptop and one number to call if something goes wrong. That is enough to cover the biggest risks.
A shared environment for mail and files, users with their own permissions, an arrangement for new colleagues and one place where all licences and passwords are managed.
Management of all devices, scheduled updates, a network that grows along, monitoring and a quarterly conversation about what is going on and what is coming.
An example
An example shows why the small stage already counts. Suppose a freelancer in Leusden leaves his laptop on the train. Without preparation the files are gone, someone can reach his mail and nobody knows which accounts were signed in on that laptop.
With a little preparation this happens: the disk is encrypted, so the files cannot be read. We close the sessions of that laptop, wipe it remotely and restore the files from the backup onto a new laptop. The next morning you are working again.
First month
When we start managing for you, we begin with the same series, however large your business is.
